+1, SIGNIFICANT OTHERS

 

In my most recent project, I have pointed my camera at several stylish duos, to investigate their style mimicry.  The 5 different episodes portray- partners, friends, romantic couples, and family members -- at different ages and stages in their lives.  Together these 5 portraits tell a story of the role of ‘Significant Others’ (as they are called in sociology) in the forming and sustaining of personal identity.
